While completing his degree, he worked as research assistant to a leading criminal law attorney and professor. His legal writing skills won him a coveted slot on the Psychology, Public Policy and Law Journal, one of the law school’s prestigious law reviews.
Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he was awarded a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship and Florida Medallion Scholars Award.
